1. General Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Your booking will be confirmed once we receive payment and send a confirmation email.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

• Other major credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers (for large bookings, upon request)

All transactions are processed securely.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly. Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined below.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property while staying at Saturn Camp or participating in any activities.

5. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the community rules of Burning Man and Saturn Camp. Any disruptive or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the camp.
