Saturn Camp is an exclusive, all-inclusive accommodation experience for Burning Man. We provide luxury campervans equipped with all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, plush bedding, private showers, and gourmet meals. Saturn Camp offers a unique opportunity to experience the Playa with the spirit of Burning Man, without sacrificing comfort.

Your stay at Saturn Camp includes everything you need for an unforgettable Burning Man experience:

  • Fully equipped campervans with air conditioning, bedding, and private amenities.
  • Gourmet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) served daily.
  • Open bar with refreshing beverages.
  • Access to daily activities (yoga, art tours, workshops).
  • Private parties and exclusive events.
  • Shuttle service to and from the event grounds.
  • 24/7 concierge service to assist with any needs during your stay.

We make your journey to Burning Man easy and stress-free! Our team will meet you at the airport (Reno or other nearby locations) and transport you directly to Saturn Camp within the Burning Man festival grounds. We’ll handle all the logistics so you can focus on getting ready for an unforgettable experience. Simply book your airport transfer with us in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest!

For Russian Citizens:

💰 Document preparation cost (excluding consular fee):

  • 8,500 RUB per person
  • 5,000 RUB for children under 14
    🔹 Payment is possible only via Sberbank card.

💳 Consular fee payment (185$)

  • Clients can pay independently using foreign Visa or MasterCard.
  • It is also possible to use the help of relatives or friends with foreign bank cards.
  • If this is not an option, we can assist, but the price depends on the exchange rate and the country where the fee is paid.

📍 Where to attend the interview?

  • The country for the interview will be determined after receiving your documents.
  • Several options are available – we will choose the best one.

📝 Required documents for visa application:

  1. Completed questionnaire.
  2. A valid passport (photo page).
  3. A 5×5 cm color photo on a white background (taken within the last 6 months).
  4. Previous U.S. visa (if applicable).

While all our campervans come fully equipped with essential amenities for comfort, we do not offer full customization of the vans. However, we do provide some personal options, such as adding extra bedding, private decorations, or specific supplies upon request. Feel free to contact us for any special requests!

Due to the nature of Burning Man, there is no guaranteed Wi-Fi or cell service in the desert. However, we provide charging stations for your devices so you can stay powered up. We recommend preparing for a digital detox and enjoying the full immersive experience.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Saturn Camp, as the Burning Man event has specific regulations regarding animals. However, we do provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to enjoy the festival, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Burning Man is an adult event, and guests must be 18 years or older to stay at Saturn Camp. However, minors may be permitted with special arrangements and parental consent. Please contact us directly if you wish to inquire about bringing children.

We’ve got you covered for most essentials, but here are a few things to consider bringing:

  • Comfortable clothes for desert conditions (hot days, cool nights).
  • Sturdy shoes for walking and exploring.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for protection.
  • Personal items like toiletries, medications, and anything special you may need for comfort.
  • A good sense of adventure!

Booking is easy! Simply visit our “Reserve Your Spot” page and select your desired campervan and package. After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including instructions for arrival.

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Saturn Camp follows all Burning Man safety guidelines, and we have on-site medical support and emergency services available 24/7. Our staff is fully trained to assist you in any situation and ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
